The Kitchen

The kitchen has quality fitted oak units with plenty of cupboard space. There is a gas, five burner range cooker, plenty of work surfaces and the floor is fully tiled.

The Dining Area

The dining area has lovely views over the garden and surrounding countryside. It has exposed wooden beams, white washed stone walls and fully tiled floor.

The Lounge

The lounge also looks out over the garden. It has exposed beams, white washed stone walls and has a tiled floor. There is a wood burning stove, which is set into a stone fireplace with a beautiful natural slate hearth. There is an open staircase that takes you to the 1st floor landing which offers lovely views across the fields through two Velux windows.

Double Bedroom

The double bedroom has a Dormer window that looks out over the open countryside. There is a double wardrobe and a cloakroom area with coat-hooks, shelf, shoe rack and room for cases etc. Off the bedroom is an en-suite shower room, which has a toilet, free standing sink and a walk-in fully tiled shower area. All colour co-ordinated to match the bedroom. The bedroom has a stone white washed wall, exposed 'A' frames and lovely stained wooden floors.

Twin Bedroom

The Twin Bedroom also has a Dormer window looking out over the countryside. Its en-suite shower room is again colour co-ordinated to match the bedroom and consists of a walk-in fully tiled shower area, toilet and free standing sink. This room also has a double wardrobe and cloakroom area.There are exposed 'A' frames and stained wooden floors throughout.

Decked Area

Outside is a raised L-shaped decked area that gives lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Here you can relax, sunbathe and enjoy a meal. Three steps lead down to a gravelled area where a BBQ is situated. A gated driveway leads to a private parking area and a newly planted orchard provides a shaded sitting area.
